COMPANY PROFILE

Corporatenuances Publishing and Consulting was organized between the months of
November 2016 to June 2017. It was a 7-month conceptualization of how the Filipino
people will be helped as regards to working in big and multinational companies in the
Philippines. The main objective is to contribute in the eradication of poverty in the country
because multinational companies provide outstanding compensation and benefits, and this
brings opportunities for Filipinos to uplift their way of living.

The Book

Concept includes providing Filipinos with information about succeeding and thriving in big and multinational companies in the Philippines with the belief that big and rich multinational companies bring opportunities to the Filipinos to uplift his/her way of life. The first information material was the write up of a book on how to survive and thrive in a competitive work environment like of those workplaces with diverse cultures. It ends up with the final title of “Master the Multinational Workplace: Everything You Need to Know about Working and Winning in Multinational Companies”. The book is about how to become successful in working in multinational companies having diverse cultures. It talks about what to know about multinational environment, the rank of jobs, cultural diversity, the key players, compensation of local and expats, how salary negotiation is done, an expert advice from an HR leader and the importance of applying psychological interventions in the recruitment of employees. The book launch was scheduled July 22, 2017, 1pm to 5pm at Meralco Mini-Theater, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

Master the Multinational Workplace: Everything You Need to Know about Working and Winning in Multinational Companies became the introductory information material before coming up with high end information and services.  A high end service in the field of compensation design and structure—a leg work on doing the details of job evaluation and scientific salary structure and the teaching of how to do the structuring and design of compensation using job evaluation method.  The main goal is to help companies’ structure a compensation system to avoid disputes about compensation related matters.

In order to let the public to be informed of the information materials made, a website was created to advertise the availability of the book and consulting services. The name of the website is corporatenuances.com. As additional information, blogs were conceptualized and written in order to fully help the readers to understand the workings in the corporate world. The blogs were written in words that are easy to understand to make it very inspiring. The launch date schedule was set in the morning of July 22, 2017.
Another way to reach a wide range of readers is to display the book at the leading bookstore in the Philippines—the National BookstoreNational Bookstore approved the consignment of the book last June 19, 2017 for consignment and distribution to different branches nationwide.

Corporatenuances Publishing and Consulting envisions to contribute in the eradication of poverty in the country, the Philippines.  A society equipped with information materials on how to thrive and excel in whatever they do.  In this way, it will enable them to increase their earning capacity that shall lead to a comfortable lifestyle.

The Mission

Corporatenuances Publishing and Consulting can achieve its vision by providing the working class information materials in the form of books, e-books, articles and blogs about the world of work.

These information materials will be disseminated using internet marketing,
website advertisement, bookstore consignment for books, speaking engagement in schools and companies nationwide, and word of mouth.
